I go to the eastern trimbody and me and my husband started the HCG diet. Which is injections you do yourself and they help you burn more calories. They come with weekly b12 shots also. All in all following the diet and the diet coaches advice I lost 22 pounds. Considering in the beginning I was having some trouble and not losing weight quick.
